  1. SNPs derived from 11 breeds, including Japanese wild boar (except for NOD2, DDX58, and IFIH1; six breeds of pig were used) were examined for polymorphisms. SNPs observed in the entire CDSs (All), in the ligand recognition region, and in the signal transduction region are indicated.
